Our 2025 AGM is taking place on the 15th of November 2025 via Zoom and we are encouraging all members to attend. Details of the Zoom will be made available via the private Facebook page, and sent to chapters via chapter officers.

Elections

To nominate and second a candidate for any of these roles, please email the secretary dr.thomas.sharp@outlook.com copying in the candidate, and the members who are nominating and seconding.

1.        Vocations Officer – Nomination & Second received: Liane Chalmers (coopted by provincial council during the past year)
Role Description: Networks with DDOs and membership to facilitate pre-stage-1 placements; coordinates with training pathways to publicise online Ordinands’ Chapter; facilitates an SCP Vocations Conference.

2.        Comms Officer – Nomination & Second received: Joshua Whitnall (coopted by provincial council during the past year)
Role Description: Website & Social Media accounts; branding, creates and distributes occasional newsletter.

3.        Membership Secretary – Nomination & Second Received: none
Role Description: Encourages new members; facilitates growth and founding of local chapters.

4.        Vice Rector for Formation – Nomination & Second received: none
Role Description: Coordinates local events between chapters which focus on empowering SCP membership in their distinctive inclusive catholic charism.
