New Safeguarding Guidance for Chapters
The Provincial Council has issued new Safeguarding Guidance for Chapter Officers and members of the society.
The local chapters where members gather therefore fall under many different local safeguarding regulatory frameworks and authorities. These may include the safeguarding authorities in different dioceses, provinces, churches, regions and nations. The Provincial Council of the Society is resolved that this variety of local safeguarding practices should not prevent safeguarding concerns being dealt with in an appropriate and effective manner.
